A absolute gentleman. Made us all feel really at ease. We invited Paul to cook for us in an Air B&B, a totally unknown kitchen to him he coped with that so Brilliantly. He came well prepared and delivered an utterly delicious 3 course dinner cooked to perfection for 7 adults with the added bonus of freshly baked bread and dip. He made our evening so special for our daughters 40th Birthday. At the end of the evening Paul left the kitchen absolutely immaculate. Can’t thank him enough. I was initially impressed as Paul responded to my enquiry almost immediately. Communication remained good throughout our booking and decision making on our final menu choice. Paul offered a choice of 3 meals for each of the 3 courses, which included a Veggie option. On the day Paul arrived promptly and was well prepared for our evening party of 14 guests. We hosted a dinner evening after paying for a charity auction prize to have Paul cook.

From start to finish it was amazing. Canapés for guests arrivals were delicious, and the starters of scotched egg was a winner!

Paul provided an amazing 2 course meal with so many options to choose before preordering. There were intolerances and allergies to navigate and he altered the menu and choices to whatever we needed and wanted.
He was professional and very tolerant with us in and out getting more bubbles from the ‘fridge!
The food was so fresh, excellent quality and a real taste of Fine Dining.
We were 12 hens getting ready for my daughter’s wedding and the meal was an absolute treat within a fantastic weekend.

Paul catered for my wife’s 70th birthday celebration meal for 12 adults.
He regularly communicated with us when planning the menu, including dietary requirements and allergies.
The choice of starters, mains and desserts was incredible.
We paid a small deposit and the balance the day before the event.
Paul arrived on time, he was very polite, and professional. He brought his own grill and hot plates, served the sit down meal at the agreed time.
I had forgotten to cook the pizza and stuffed pasta for the kids and Paul stepped in and took on that additional task without a fuss.
After the three courses Paul cleared and cleaned up all the dishes.
His prices are very reasonable and we gave him a tip which he fully deserved. All of our guest commented how delicious all his dishes were.

Paul cooked for my family on Christmas Day and made the day extremely enjoyable and relaxing, and cooked amazing food. The process leading up to Christmas in terms of planning canapés, starters, mains and desserts was straight forward, with Paul sending through sample menus for us to to choose from.

Paul was extremely professional and the presentation of the food was amazing.

We were so pleased to have Paul and his team to help cater and prepare a four course meal for our Club's Christmas Dinner at the weekend, cooking for 46 Club members, attention to detail was amazing, catered for all our members covering their dietary and allergy requirements despite the limited kitchen facilities for him available at the hall. We booked Paul to cater for my birthday party and from the first contact with him, I cannot fault anything. Every email was met with a follow up phone call and he came up with a choice of stunning buffet menus which he was happy to change around to suit our taste. We had two guests with dietary requirements and he faultlessly adjusted these dishes to suit and on the night clearly identified all dishes to my guests.
