⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience My mum was with Caremark, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager was consistently rude and unhelpful whenever we tried to raise concerns. Instead of listening or trying to resolve issues, we were met with attitude and defensiveness, which made an already stressful situation even worse. The caregivers themselves often failed to carry out their duties properly. Basic tasks were rushed, poorly done, or sometimes not done at all. There was a clear lack of compassion, consistency, and professionalism throughout the service. As a family, we trusted Caremark to look after my mum, but that trust was completely broken. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and respectful care for their loved ones. More...

I have a carer twice a week to assist me. They're kind, caring, compassionate and they don't judge. The carers are punctual and professional doing everything that they can to support their client with their needs.
