I have a carer twice a week to assist me. They're kind, caring, compassionate and they don't judge. The carers are punctual and professional doing everything that they can to support their client with their needs.

Caremark have been providing weekend care for my mum since January 2024 and are shortly to takeover her evening meal visits during the week.

Mark and his team are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. They manage changes to mum's care, including weekday holiday cover when necessary with ease. They have taken the time to get to know mum, her personality and needs. They are easily contacted and always respond to any messages I leave.

It is a great comfort to me know my mum is being so well looked after.
