He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions as he knew the venue, and has created some wonderful shots, we will treasure. We were lucky enough to secure Will as our wedding photographer in May this year. Having already met with several photographers, we felt immediately in safe hands with Will. He understood “us” and the assignment and captured our day perfectly. Will wasn’t intrusive yet managed to capture all aspects of our special day, including some incredible candid shots!. Will is such good fun and engaged with all of our wedding party brilliantly, everybody commented on how wonderful he was with them, including the children in attendance, yet he really did just blend into the background during those special moments. We had Will to do a family photo shoot for us and couldn't be happier with the pictures and the service he provided. From the moment we began the shoot it was clear that Will has the gift when it comes to working with children. He interacted so well with the kids, playing games, making jokes etc and so was able to get lots of lovely natural shots. He was also very good at putting me and my husband at ease, no mean feat as we are both very awkward in front of the camera! His communication was great and Will provided the final edited photos in the agreed timescale. I also thought Will was really reasonable priced for the service and quality of pictures we received. will was a hero on the day as our videographer no showed. I know we will still have captured some amazing moments and I am really excited to see the finished photos.

What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about what I do - being able to capture incredible memories that make the client happy is an honour, and what I love most about the job. Giving newlyweds a range of photographs that they will look back at for the rest of their lives and remember the way that they felt that day is really special.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Photography has always been my passion. Since starting by William Odell Wedding Photography, I have genuinely really enjoyed every wedding that I've been asked to capture. I put my heart and soul into every single wedding and am passionate about telling the unique story of each client's wedding. I am also a family man with young children, so being able to work flexibly on a business, which is my passion, is the absolute dream!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am really passionate about the photographs I take and the service I provide to my clients. I'm also married, so I have have been through all of the excitement, anticipation and joy of a wedding - I think this really helps in understanding what a couple is preparing for and how I can ask the right questions to ensure I listen and understand exactly what clients want me to capture on their big day. I give my all to every couple, as I genuinely want to ensure I capture the most special moments and make their experience the absolute best it can be. On a personal level, I’m very patient and a natural with getting people to be comfortable in front of the camera, particularly children.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have been wearing masks where ever required since the pandemic started. I have been vaccinated twice and have had the booster too.
