I had a really positive experience with this builder. They came in to fix the mess that had been left by a previous contractor, and from the very start they were professional, organised, and reassuring.
The quality of their work was excellent, and they clearly take pride in what they do.
They were very helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and making sure everything was completed to a high standard. We are very happy with our out office building, the gazebo, and the other work completed in the garden. It was a huge relief to finally deal with someone reliable and skilled. I’m extremely pleased with the renovation work carried out by Mykhailo and his team on my bathroom and kitchen. The project involved significant complexity, including taking down a wall, demolishing the old bathroom and kitchen, and moving the plumbing to create a new bathroom upstairs.
Despite the scale of the work, everything was completed in just one month, which was incredibly impressive.
Mykhailo’s communication throughout the project was excellent. He explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I understood what was happening at each stage. He was also very transparent about the pricing of any additional work that arose during the renovation, which I really appreciated.
The team he works with, including the plumbers, tilers, electricians, and plasterers, were all highly professional, polite, and clearly skilled at what they do. Each trade delivered high-quality work and worked efficiently together to keep the project moving smoothly.

Superb Renovation by a Skilled Team
I’ve just had my one-bedroom flat renovated by Mykhailo and his team, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
They refurbished the entire bathroom, converting the bathtub into a walk-in shower, adding two LED-lit niches, tiling all the walls and the floor, and installing a new vanity unit, toilet, radiator, and LED mirror. They also painted the flat, tiled the kitchen, fitted a ceramic sink, and replaced all ceiling lights with LEDs. Their workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and they kept everything tidy throughout the project, even while I was living in the flat.

Working with Mychailo and his team was a pleasure. They did full refurbishment for our flat: leveled floor and ceiling put new wooden floor, moved stud walls, redid all the plumbing and wiring, created openings in load bearing wals, did bathroom, installed new kitchen.
Overall, they kept as well informed on the process and were open to making changes to plans, because of various delays on our side.
Original schedule was a bit too optimistic because as works progressed, new issues emerged which added more work. But overall it was close enough.
