How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Among other criteria, the most important one is the height at the apex, measured from under the ridge board to the ceiling plaster of under the loft floor
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
There is the very initial meeting to discuss the potential of loft conversion, followed by a written fixed-price quotation with a diagram of the proposed loft. If the job needs planning it will be mentioned within the cost of planning.
Once the quotation is agreed upon, we sign a contract with a start date and guided completion day. Work is carried out from outside until we need to install the staircase and connect services to the loft room, like electrics plumbing etc.

It's when I converted my own lofts to a very efficient design and running the project was more enjoyable the job i was in at the time
