The lovely Bho & Co team are truly what you would hope to find in your property management agency. They matched me and my flatmate with not only one lovely flat, but when our landlord had to sell they were sure to find us a new home. Extremely supportive and helpful throughout our time at our flat, very quick to assist with advice and problems needing fixed. Both Jenna and Hayley are incredibly friendly and supportive, going above and beyond to help with our transition, helping wherever possible and going further beyond their job requirements. My previous experience with agencies was everything but great; slow communication and misunderstanding were kind of routine. After discovering Bho & Co my idea of agencies changed completely. My ex girlfriend and I spent 1 and a half year in an amazing flat provided by this agency and Jenna took care of us and our needs in a very kind, quick and professional way. Renting a property can be a stressful and exhausting process. We recently had our long-term tenants leave our flat. The property needed a couple of repairs before being re-let, and we were left with limited time as we only had a window of a couple of weeks to get the place in good shape in order to put it back on the market.
We promptly employed the services of Bho&Co to help us look for new tenants while my partner got on with the repairs. Bho&Co were proficient and worked hard to style and stage the flat, get photos taken and get it back on the market. The photos turned out amazing. They were professional and did an incredible job of drawing out the highlights of our apartment. They managed the process from getting the photos online, showing prospective tenants through the flat and completing the due diligence on the tenants.
Both Jenna and Hayley worked hard to turn the let around in a short timeframe. They kept us, as landlords, right by ensuring we had all the correct documentation available, they carried out the inventory and even tested our alarms. And on top of that, they managed to get some really lovely tenants in from the date we wanted. They took all the stress out of the process.
I found Jenna and Hayley approachable, honest and communicative. This is a great and trustworthy team that were always available and ready to go out of their way.
