I was very impressed with Emma Bevan of Bevan Residential who attended in order to value and advise on the possible letting and management of an apartment my brothers and I have inherited from my mother.
Emma was very thorough and clearly knows her stuff. She spent time providing advice, suggesting opinions and was thoroughly professional.

Finding a home was a huge concern when settling down in the UK. There are commonly worries that they have about finding new home. (e.g. Bad properities, Unsecurity of deposit, Unguarantee of residence, Fraudulent brokers). All these worries disappeared when I first dealt with Bevan Residential. They were very friendly and professional and introduced me to a good house and took care of all the things that a tenant might be worried about by the relevant procedures. (A deal that is completed while following the relevant procedures is a good deal not only for the tenant but also for the landlord.)
