The quote given was very competitive. Piotr and Karolina are very nice and respectful. The work was carried out very well. As the new wet room was at my elderly Mother's property, I wasn't there every day. I was kept uptodate with photos and messages. Copies of receipts for the materials bought were sent to me and purchases were always made at good prices. They have turned a tatty shower room into a lovely wet room, making life a lot easier for Mum. I would recommend them for this type of work. More...

What I love most about my job is seeing the satisfaction on my clients' faces when they step into their newly renovated space. I enjoy transforming interiors, giving them a fresh, modern look, and paying attention to every detail. Every project is a new challenge and an opportunity to showcase my skills. Nothing makes me happier than hearing a client say, "This looks even better than I imagined!" ???
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had a passion for working with my hands and creating beautiful, functional spaces. Starting my own business allowed me to turn that passion into something more, where I could take full control of the quality and creativity in every project. I wanted the freedom to work closely with clients, understand their vision, and bring it to life in a way that’s both professional and personal. The joy of making someone’s home or workspace exactly how they imagined is what keeps me motivated every day.

While most of my work requires being on-site to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship, I can offer remote consultations for smaller projects or initial planning. For example, if you're considering a renovation, I can help with design ideas, color selection, and materials advice via video calls or phone consultations. Additionally, I can provide estimates and quotes based on photos or detailed descriptions of your space. This allows us to get the ball rolling even if we’re not physically in the same location. Once the details are set, I’ll be there in person to carry out the work to perfection.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure the safety of my clients during the Covid-19 pandemic, I’ve implemented several important measures. I always wear a mask and gloves on-site to minimize any risk of transmission. I also make sure to regularly sanitize tools and equipment between uses and maintain proper social distancing wherever possible. Prior to starting any project, I discuss the safety protocols with my clients to make sure everyone feels comfortable. I’ve adjusted my schedule to limit the number of people on-site at any given time and ensure proper ventilation during the work. Your health and peace of mind are just as important to me as the quality of the work I deliver.
