What do you love most about your job?
The variety of people that we meet and the stories they have to tell. We get to know each individual and those who are important in their lives so that we can really personalise our service to suit them and their needs
What inspired you to start your own business?
Beeches Kent is a family run business and Beeches started with our grandparents care home over 30 years ago. We grew up with strong family connections and the belief that people requiring care should be given respect, choice and dignity. Our motto is 'Our family care, because your family matter'

We have the most fantastic team who really go above and beyond for our clients. We tailor our care to every individual and make it our mission to support their independence and wishes at home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are up to date with infection control policies, procedures and training and supply our staff with essential equipment such as PPE to keep both them and our clients safe.
Medication
We support our clients by prompting and administering medication using our digital eMAR system. Medication is carefully recorded, updated and information stored ensuring the highest safety standards
Personal Care
We provide personal care to clients ensuring their privacy and dignity at all times. It can initially be daunting to receive care and our team take a gentle, person centred approach.
Manual Handling
We are trained to use a wide range of equipment from zimmer frames to sara steadys and hoists. We give our team enhanced in house training through certified training programmes.
Dementia Care
We have cared for many clients with different types of dementia. Whether an individual needs support with everyday tasks, or companionship and activities we are flexible to support those wishing to remain independent at home
Domestic Services
Sometimes the everyday taks become the biggest challenge. Our domestic support service is designed to help people maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home while remaining independent.
