We had a very positive experience working with Bayocorp / Ade.They handled a wide range of works in our property, including full internal painting, replacement of worktop taps, sink replacement, preparation of electrical appliances and the heating/cooling system for the tenant, as well as arranging all the required certifications for letting. They also reviewed and prepared the electrical protection system (consumer unit / fuse board) and supported us with any internal work we needed in the flat.What really stands out is Ade’s attention to detail and communication. We had an almost full renovation of my mother's flat using Bayo and are delighted with the results and service. Full new kitchen, bathroom, and half bathroom including installation of hot water and basin, new boiler and central heating, flooring throughout half the apartment and plastering and paintwork throughout. We had a tight deadline and budget and while Bayo did not quote the cheapest or quickest they worked within what we had and we felt were the most communicative, collaborative, trustworthy, and ultimately cared the most about the outcome. Ade in particular talked us through lots of options, pros, cons and came up with ideas that others didn't as it was a very small space that we wanted to maximise, in particular the bespoke kitchen that he designed. Throughout the process they proved us to be right and as a few unforseen issues came up with some with the building they worked with us promptly to find the source of the issues and correct them properly. After the Reno was compete and we had a couple of niggles and they sent someone over immediately to set them right for us. We would definitely recommend and use for future works. More...
