I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to provide clear leadership on both workmanship and customer service from start to finish. Seeing my two older brothers build their own scaffolding company also had a big influence on me—it showed me what was possible with the right work ethic and standards. After 11 years working for EJ Roberts Roofing, I was ready for a new challenge and the opportunity to achieve more, by building a company where quality, reliability and clear communication are non-negotiable, and where every project is delivered professionally from start to finish.

We take the time to inspect and specify the right system and we always consider the client’s requirements, both in terms of performance and aesthetics. We communicate clearly throughout the works and deliver high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on detail, safety and long-term performance.
In addition, we are an Axter Approved Contractor—Axter is a leading manufacturer of waterproofing systems. We hold recognised accreditations including CHAS and membership with the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. We also work in partnership with Peacock Insurance to provide 10–12 year insurance-backed guarantees on the systems we install, covering both workmanship and materials so clients have added peace of mind even in the unlikely event we were no longer trading.

Yes—while roofing works are completed on site, we can manage a large part of the process remotely. Clients can send photos, videos, drawings, and measurements for an initial review. We can arrange video calls to discuss requirements, options and budgets. We can also provide written quotations, specifications and programme information by email, and keep communication and progress updates remote throughout the project. We will still arrange a site visit to carry out a full inspection and confirm the final specification before works commence.

We follow current UK health and safety guidance and apply sensible on-site controls to minimise risk to clients and occupants. This includes pre-arranging access and working areas, maintaining good hygiene/welfare standards and limiting unnecessary contact by keeping most communication by phone or email where possible. Where we need to work in or near occupied areas, we agree a clear plan with the client in advance, keep the area tidy/well managed and ensure our team follows appropriate hygiene measures throughout the works.
