I honestly cannot recommend Barnsley Mortgages enough, they have been amazing sorting my mortgage. After previously dealing with a different mortgage advisor, who was slow at getting back to me and kept telling me I was being declined for the small mortgage I needed, Tracey has been a god send during a very stressful time. She has gone above and beyond to get me the best deal, and has explained the whole process step by step in real terms rather than financial jargon. Tracey is amazing at her job and is very knowledgeable about the mortgage sector, which can often be quite confusing for someone like me who has very limited knowledge of the whole process. She is really friendly and down to earth and has offered reassurance and straight forward advice when needed. Her rates are very reasonable and she is honest and transparent about any possible extra fees connected to lenders, solicitors etc. I honestly don't know what I'd have done without her, I am beyond grateful for her expertise, advice and support, and I'm so glad I chose this company to help me with one of the biggest financial decisions I'll probably ever make. Tracy has been brilliant! Our circumstances weren’t great and Tracy was really non- judgemental, understanding and really did explore all avenues for us. In the end she made suggestions to us we hadn’t even considered, or weren’t aware of which in the long run are saving us money. She looked for the most affordable option and gave us really honest good advice. She was always available to discuss anything and we never felt out of the loop or like we were unsure on progress.
