Barry came and gave us a quote - we declined. He showed up anyway, didn't wait for a response on the front door and started to take down our fence. He completely pulled apart one panel and then told me 'Please don't be angry with me' several times when I went out to ask him what he was doing as we hadn't accepted his quote. He partially put back one panel then left a hole in the fence as he couldn't put back together the 2nd one. He told us he has 5 people working for him, he is not a sole trader. More...

we are a family run business. i have proof of the email between us saying you wanted to be booked in for a new fence. we did not take deposit and spent our own money on fencing for you which we had with us to put up for you, barry did say dont be angry because you screamed at him rather than spoke. It has cost us money this morning as well as a day that could have been booked else where.

Could not fault this company. Gave a quote promptly and arrived the next day to do the job. It was for my fathers garden, cutting very high tree/bushes, he worked efficiently and cleared everywhere after finishing.
He even cut the grass growing around the surrounding area which wasn't in the quote (at no extra charge).

What inspired you to start your own business?
This has been a family business for 3 generations, passed down to me from my father. I’ve been working with him since I was a teenager, now having children of my own I’m keen to expand my business and please as many new clients as possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I can give quotes via video call, take payment via bank transfer and always remain 2meters apart where possible.
