Obtaining a mortgage solution for my clients that matches their needs & circumstances
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a self-employed broker working via other companies owned by different people for several years so decided 5 years ago to set up my own company and work for myself
Why should our clients choose you?
I assist my clients from the start to the end of the mortgage process ie. obtaining information & copy correspondence so that I can then investigate and recommend a suitable product(s) relating to the loan amount wanted under the lowest interest rate product possible. I will submit an application form to the appropriate lender and ensure that an offer document is issued by them as fast as possible. I can also assist in dealing with the estate agent and solicitors' to ensure that contracts are exchanged & completion on the purchase of property happens when wanted by my clients. After completion, a diary note is made to for me to contact clients 6 months before their product ends so I can review their options at that time

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
No face to face meetings will be arranged during any lockdown period as Zoom meetings can be done on request
