What inspired us to start our own domiciliary care business was a genuine passion for improving the quality of care people receive in their own homes. We recognised that many individuals value independence, dignity, and familiarity, and we wanted to build a service that truly supports those needs in a respectful and person-centred way.

Clients should choose us because we provide care that is genuinely focused on the individual, not just the task list. We take time to understand each person’s needs, preferences, routines, and goals, and we build support around what matters most to them. This person-centred approach helps clients maintain their independence while still receiving the right level of support in their own home.

Our staff are trained to deliver support with dignity, respect, and compassion, whether that’s help with daily living tasks, maintaining a safe home environment, or accessing the community. We also prioritise communication, so clients and families feel informed, reassured, and involved at every stage.

We are able to offer remote support such as telephone check-ins, video calls, and care planning reviews. This can be useful for clients who need regular wellbeing checks, companionship, or support with organising their daily routines without requiring a physical visit. We can also communicate with family members remotely (with consent) to provide updates and reassurance.

We ensure all staff follow strict hygiene procedures, including regular handwashing, use of alcohol-based hand sanitiser, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and aprons when required. Staff are trained in infection prevention and control to reduce the risk of transmission during care visits.

We also carry out regular risk assessments and ensure that staff do not attend calls if they are unwell or showing symptoms of illness. Where appropriate, we support clients with safe distancing measures and maintain high standards of cleaning within the home, especially in high-touch areas.
