Site Survey
A hand sketch will be provided based on laser measurements for all internal dimensions, heights, openings and roof heights. In addition to manholes and metres locations will be on the sketch. Photographs and videos will be provided for internal and external spaces.
Existing Drawings
These drawings will be modelled using Autodesk Revit following the hand survey and producing 2d sheets of all plans, elevations and 1 section. Additionally, the 3D model will be ready and accurate.
Proposed Drawings
The proposed drawings, these can be drafted following a mark-up of the design by one of the team, we can use the BIM technologies and introduce phases, design options or we can make each phase on a separate model. All proposed sheets will be produced.
Building Regulations Drawings
Building Regulations Drawings, this includes reflecting the structure if a structural report is provided. Proposing an Indicative drainage layout, Highlighting areas under party wall matters and covering fire strategy as well as the other regulations and building up details to the appraisal report from the inspector.
Building regulation drawings are essential for ensuring the extension is safe, functional, and adheres to all legal standards, while providing a clear roadmap for both approval and construction.
