Abul was very responsive during the whole process from providing a reasonable quote to fitting the boiler we requested. He also followed up afterwards, which was very nice.
He was not there on the day of our boiler fitting, which was a shame as I chose him because of his professional approach.
We had 3 gas engineers on the day with various levels of knowledge and experience. There were some issues that kept creeping up. However, the staff called Abul and he assisted over the phone.

I had an initial video call with Abul to identify leaks within the boiler. The next day he came out with a part to fix it. My boiler was 16 years old and had various faults, so we decided to replace it.

He returned the next day and fitted a new boiler. The job was neat and quick.

A*. My heating stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. All customer services and emergency numbers were unavailable. Abdul saved my kids, my elderly mother and myself from a very horrible frosty night.

Called Abakas late morning on Saturday as my boiler developed a major leak. Was not happy, cause the plumbers arrived very late and doing the job to fast, because didn't check properly and when they leave the water was running from the pipe whole night and I have to call in the morning to question why water still running. I asked to arrive early not in the evening when everyone finish work at this time after 5pm.Also didn't want to remove old boiler when new one replaced, which is ridiculous. Also is not provided invoice which I need to show for building association. The plumber show one metal pipe and asked to pay by cash, but when leave I found out he took with him back ,he didn't use,cash wasn't given back. Placed an ad late afternoon yesterday and within 30 minutes or less I had a call from Abdul having seen the task and pictures I posted to have flue replaced after NG switched off our boiler and needed urgent attention.
