I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He patiently helped me remove a large amount of building waste from my fourth-floor flat, carrying everything down to his van before driving it all to the recycling centre. The job took much longer than expected, and he even had another client waiting for him. Although this put him in an awkward situation and he ended up losing that job, he never once rushed me or complained. He stayed until everything was finished and supported me every step of the way.What touched us most was his genuine kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I make sure the van is cleaned regularly especially high touch areas like doors handles. They always carry hand sanitiser and if a customer prefers I’m happy to wear a mask or gloves. I always keep a safe distance when loading & unloading it’s all about keeping everyone comfortable and safe no matter the situation,
