Had a central heating leak in a very awkward place. The joist was very close to the wall and the central heating pipes was between them.
The central heating pipe was between joust and wall and started leaking. Imran has to redirect the pipes under the floor boards to the boiler. Pulled up and cutting floor boards. Very difficult. The work was done to a very high standard, no more leaks. Also all the floor boards put back and the old nails took out and new screws put into the floor boards and skirting put back, screwed to the wall. Everything left neat, rubbish all put in a black bag. The jobs was done to a professional standard and everything put back, pretty much how it was and all the rubbish removed. Well impressed. The best part was the cost of the job was very low and he asked me if l could afford it and was willing to go lower. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Especially in difficult times like now where everything is so expensive. Well done mate you do your company proud. You don’t get much trades men like him anymore. Really good service.

Yes, we can provide certain services remotely or online. Customers can contact us by phone, video call, email, or messaging for advice, support, boiler pressure guidance, thermostat/programmer setup and initial fault diagnosis. booking arrangements, and answer general gas safety or heating-related questions remotely before arranging a site visit if required. For safety and legal reasons, all gas installations, repairs, and hands-on gas work must be carried out in person by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To help keep our customers safe during COVID-19, we introduced extra health and safety including wearing PPE where required, regular hand sanitising, disinfecting tools and work areas, maintaining social distancing when possible, and reducing unnecessary contact during visits. We also offered flexible appointment scheduling, contactless communication with customer and ask for any required changes . Our priority was to continue providing essential gas and heating services while protecting the health and safety of both customers and staff.
