I had 2 AC units installed. The guys that fitted the units were very professional and knowledgeable about their product. They did a great job with minimal fuss and cleaned up after themselves. Andrew, the boss, was very helpful and made the decisions that I need to make as to which units to install, much easier for me. Having had the units for a while, I am overjoyed with my purchase. We needed to replace two of our failed AC units in our house that were installed in 2005. On 19th July, as it was becoming rather hot, I placed a request on Bark.

Andrew responded almost immediately, came round on his way home, quoted to replace the faulty units, and at my request to replace all units with a multi-unit compressor on each side of the house powering 2 and 3 internal units respectively.

We accepted the latter quote immediately as it would give us newer and much more efficient units and work was begun the very next day.

The work has now been completed and to say we are very satisfied - particularly my wife - would be an understatement - she is delighted and both our sleep and work have immensely (we are both WFH).:)

Andrew and his people worked assiduously despite some complications in removing the old kit (which were very high up) and continuous call outs as the weather had become very hot.

I have no hesitation in recommending 37degCC. I've always preferred to use small local companies and this is one of the best.

A lot of requests came in while they were working for us but no corners were cut, the installation is very clean and all pipework trunked - the previous installation was very messy.

We were very lucky to get everything done and dusted within less than a week so call while it is less busy - you may not be so fortunate! More...
