Boiler Repair or Maintenance
He was able to work out what was wrong eventually and mended the boiler. He came back on the Friday evening and worked till late to make sure we had hot water for the Bank Holiday. He persevered testing all parts and eventually concluded it was the fan. He had one in his stock and he charged us a lower than new price as it wasn't brand new, and agreed with us that if the part didn't last, he would refund the £150 and we could get a new one. Martin was very professional and managed to solve my 2 issues in a timely manner. From accepting my work request he arrived within an hour and quickly got working on the diagnostics. He explained everything in east to understand terms and quickly got to work in fixing the problems. He replaced the switch and fuse for the bathroom lights / extractor fan which was causing the electrics to trip and also fixed a broken / wonky light panel in my kitchen.
