This company responded very quickly to my request and visited the site and inspected my property and inspect the awnings. The situation was fully discussed with their representative, Mr Richard Smith, he made recommendations to me and gave me a quotation for executing his recommendations which I accepted. He took down the old awnings, overhauled them, advised me of a number of incorrect original items of workmanship, corrected these, recovered the awning framework with the material of our choice. He collected the complete awnings, took them to his workshop repaired and recovered them and brought them back and re-fixed and adjusted them. I cannot praise Mr Smith enough, he was a very willing contractor and one who I would certainly recommend.

excellent service from start to finish from David and his team. We have 2 old awnings that required servicing and repair after lack of use in the winter months. David was able to diagnose the repairs needed swiftly, and had them back fully working in no time. we would certainly recommend Cyra Group to anyone needing awning repairs, and will definitely use them again in the future. We plan to have them install a new awning on our summer house later this year. big thumbs up from us in the Roberts family!

Sun Fashions were very helpful. They had the part that I might have needed in stock so there was no delay. In the end the part was not needed and the repair took only minutes. The downside was that it’s a long way from Southampton to Gloucester, Iprefer to use local companies whenever possible..
