excellent service from start to finish from David and his team. We have 2 old awnings that required servicing and repair after lack of use in the winter months. David was able to diagnose the repairs needed swiftly, and had them back fully working in no time. we would certainly recommend Cyra Group to anyone needing awning repairs, and will definitely use them again in the future. From the first phone call requesting a quotation to the installation my experience with Cyra Group has been first class.
I had 4 quotations in total, they weren’t the cheapest but David was really professional and knew the product well. The installation was great. Nothing was too much trouble and the installation and clearing up were perfect. The awning now installed is probably the most robust awning of all the quotations I had. I look forward to many trouble free years of operation.
