Well, I employed OB Landscaping and Owen to rip out my rotten decking and replace with porcelain. I had many quotes but something just told me to go with Owen and I’m glad I did. All through the planning process he was, often thinking for me based on his experience, finding potential hiccups before they became problems offering advice and plenty of cost saving insights. I was really pleased with the end of day tidy up also, regardless of what project day it was, as you can see by my pictures, 110sq/mtrs of porcelain including 100T of sub base with drains, lights and not to mention the height of 1mtr running to the house, it’s a big area & creates lots of mess, all of which was managed superbly by Owen and his team, with daily tip runs and clean downs, often washing even the windows that were dusty just so it didn’t look like a building site. The overall professional finish achieved is nothing short of miraculous considering the area covered and all the extra challenges he faced. OB also laid the floor and cladded the garden room that I had delivered, then installed and wired the Orko strip lights to also help me out again, when I was let down by the trade.
