We leverage our 24-year history in architectural design to provide planning, building control and other design related services to Homeowners, Developers, Tradesman and Builders, as well as providing a white label service to other Professional Services companies, throughout the UK. We're a husband and wife practice that's been providing construction related design services to Clients all over the world since 2000. We're proud of the fact that we've been involved with the completion of in excess of 300 Million sq.ft of space during this period, throughout EMEA, Asia Pacific, North America and Russia, working within 3 continents, 35 countries and in over 60 cities. Our experience over this time extends to some of the largest Blue-Chip companies on the planet like JPMorgan Chase, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Jane Street Capital to name but a few, working on some of the most iconic structures such as the Gherkin and The Walkie Talkie. In 2018 we shifted our focus on work back in the UK, closer to home. 2. Where You May See Us Up until August 2024 most of our advertising was through our social media platforms, which means it's likely you would've seen us on Facebook or Instagram, and possibly even X and Linked In. Our work has been shown in a number of local newspapers, featured on local radio and is even due to be featured on Channel 4. We specialize in providing Architectural Services to UK homeowners, Developers, Tradesmen and other Professional Services companies such as Architects. 3. Our Lead Times Our typical start from acceptance is 3 days, with a completion time of around 5 days depending on project type. 4. Our Pricing Structure Our goal is to work on multiple projects throughout a month rather than a few, maintaining an efficient and busy workflow with a high referral rate. As such our pricing structure is based on volume, which allows us to significantly reduce our fees. 5. Our Experience in a Nutshell We've engaged with Clients at every stage of RIBA, which defines how you progress through a project and used throughout the construction industry to enable closer engagement and coordination. 2000 - 2009 During this 9-year period our engagements were predominantly infrastructure, designing complex Data Centres, Communications Rooms, Equipment Rooms, Network Operations Centres, Technical Operations Centres, Disaster Recovery sites etc. for some of the world’s largest corporations. 2009 - 2018 This 10-year period saw us set-up our own large consulting practice providing a wider suite of services to Clients all over the world. We continued to engage on some retained infrastructure focused projects, but moved into larger scale, corporate construction projects working on behalf of the Client with key project stakeholders, as part of their professional team. During this time, we had offices in London, Southampton and Moscow working on 3 continents on some of the most prestigious projects. 2018 - 2024 For a 5-year period we focused on UK domestic projects to stop the excessive travelling, using our experience on our own and client developments. All projects were domestic dwellings, completing the various planning, building control, cost analysis, tendering, construction drawings and inspections. We engaged with most local authorities for planning, building control and formed numerous relationships with builders, tradesmen, developers and other key professionals. 2024 - NOW We only work on Client projects, and only domestic dwellings. We provide our services across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The software of choice today is Revit and Twinmotion (for rendering).
