I love buildings and from the age of 4 always wanted to be a builder. Being a Building Surveyor and Project Manager allows me to be involved in lots of different types of project that I would be unable to if I was just doing it by myself. That said I also undertake building works and the photo of an extension in the gallery is the current progress on site of my first design and build project. I designed it and was the Party Wall Surveyor when we found the neighbours foundations were extraordinarily high and needed to submit notices under the Party Wall Act.
