I am from the South-east of England and came across NESE via Google search for accredited structural surveyors. I have used Gary Boardman and his firm on two occasions now and each time Gary has provided a timely, excellent professional service. The first survey highlighted several structural issues that allowed me to withdraw interest and the second occasion the service was equally professional and timely identifying key issues that would require addressing. Gary also made himself available to discuss his reports findings and complimented the reports with answering related questions that further highlighted the breadth of regional knowledge that has been immensely beneficial for me. The reports allowed me to make important financial assessments based on the high standard of the survey reports. I would highly recommend Northeast Surveyors and Engineers. I met the surveyor on site and the survey was carried out very professionally and my report was turned around very quickly. I thought the survey was very clear, and has been a great help so far. The whole service was prompt, efficient and the turn-around from booking to completion of the report was quicker than I expected. I especially appreciated the brief summary of main findings prior to the report’s completion which I found very helpful as a quick overview that I could investigate whilst waiting for the finalised report. Phoned after 7 o’clock as the seller was threatening to pull out if I did not get a survey carried out next day before he went back on the rigs.
