Variety, Innovation and Value.
No two projects are the same, no two clients are the same.
Every project comes with what is often seen to be a set of problems: We start by simplifying the process to explore and unlock the solutions, opportunities, and potential within a project.
It is very rewarding for us to achieve success for our clients, especially in instances where issues have arisen between a Client and their Architect, the Planning Department (and similar) previously.
To be able to achieve the success rate we have at around 2/3 of the cost of our competitors gives us a great satisfaction, and our customers a great deal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began my career in Site Based roles (Construction and Civil Engineering).
Following a significant injury I decided to alter my career path towards Architectural Design, achieving a first class degree in Architectural Technology (BSc Hons).
Once qualified, it became very apparent very quickly that my combination of skills and experience was rare but extremely useful.
Knowing first hand how site based activities are undertaken, what the implications of a design based decision can be in terms of on-site operations, it is possible to “design out” certain pitfalls, increase speed and efficiency, and to better control project costs.
This was my niche, and to maximise its potential I realised I had to be a driving force in my own business as opposed to a “cog in the machine” of another organisation.
