We can take measurements on-site on your behalf, or you can provide us with your measurements, sketches, and photographs from which we can draft.

We work with UK-based property and construction professionals, businesses, landlords and homeowners to assist with delivering their project endeavours.

We are a VAT-registered UK Company, holding £1 million of Professional Indemnity Insurance and £5 million of Public Liability Insurance for added peace of mind. All surveyors are CSCS card holders and are equipped with full PPE.

Yes, 50% of our work is remote, or clients provide us with measurements so we can draft plans on their behalf; this is usually the most cost-effective option.

The other 50% of our clients want us to collect measurements on-site with our professional equipment.

It depends on the job requirements, but if we feel the job can be done remotely, we will inform you so we can save you costs and time wherever possible.

Our Matterport service is always conducted on-site.

We are a considerate business, so the health of our clients is such a priority to us. All our equipment is sanitised before and after inspections; all surveyors will sanitise and wear masks whilst working on-site if it is occupied.

We provide you with a link once the scan is processed; this can be shared on social media platforms, websites and for extra exposure to prospective clients, we can also add your space to Google Street View.

​Why Should I Use your Plan Drafting Service?

All plans are drafted in-house by our building surveyors, who will discuss your specific requirements and tailor the plans to meet those requirements.

​We can liaise directly with your appointed solicitor, so land registry-compliant plans are drafted as required under the terms of a lease, deed, or other associated documentation.

​We aim to draft your plan within three working days of receiving instructions. If not possible, our surveyor will confirm specific time scales with you before your commitment.

​All plans are stored for a maximum of 6 years; thus, we can resend the plan free of charge if you ever lose a plan.

We hold professional indemnity insurance of £1m, and all our surveyors are CSCS card holders and equipped with PPE.

All plans that are drafted with our measurements are drafted in accordance with IPMS protocols and the RICS Code of Measuring Practice, as we strive for accuracy.
