Our first appointment was quite long as I have a very complex medical history but nothing was too much trouble and she listened sympathetically and very professionally. After the first treatment I came home and slept so well and felt so calm but also energised over the following days. I went to her with pain which needed calming down and low energy. Every case is really unique to the individual, which means no one treatment looks the same. Its a beautfiul thing to be able to go on a healing journey with someone and watch them flourish with the use of ancient medical practices.
I loved the idea of being able to listen to ‘the body’. We have so many indications of our health. In chinese practice they reas the tongue, the pulse, read the complexion and the eyes. I always found it veey fascinating.

Acupuncture has always used disposable one use only needles, which arw disposed of following strict guidlines. I always clean after each patient and probide clean towels and linen. Washing of hands before and after administering the needles are in the code of conduct and taken seriously. I will wear a mask upon request.
