I have been using Move PT studio for around 7 months now along with my husband 3 times most weeks. We work out with Paul Brice and I can not recommend him enough - the difference he has made to my lower back issues is truly amazing and I am now able to sit up from laying without needing to roll. Paul understands the multiple joint issues I have being hyper-mobile and ensures I move in ways which prevent injury whilst developing tone, support and sculpting my body which is an added bonus! Davids has developed greater stamina and posture working with Paul and enjoys the gym which is great as he’s only really worked out for the last 18 months. The facilities at the studio are in abundance and all trainers there make you feel welcome and supported. If you are looking for a quality environment where you don’t feel body conscious whilst obtaining top notch support and instruction then this is the place to train. More...
