Buying a house will never be a stress free process, but Georgie did her best to minimise the impact. She made concessions and allowance to suit mine and my partners needs, including: Using WhatsApp for communication over email Respecting my unsociable working hours (night shifts) Allowing us to complete at a date that suited our tenancy arrangements Communicating with our solicitor and broker professionally to ensure all requirements were met To top it all off we even had a lovely bottle of prosecco dropped off on our completion date! Perry and his team have yet again made my house sale effortless. I first used them back in 2015 and again in 2025. They are even easier now. All digital and super smooth. As first time buyers, we had literally no idea what to expect. Steph was amazing from Day 1 - we submitted our offer the same day as the viewing, and got 24/7 support throughout the process.
