What do you love most about your job?
When I started my first business, I felt completely lost, not knowing how to make it work, how to make good decisions or how to overcome the usual daily challenges of any company, so I know exactly how it feels.
Today, my greatest pleasure is to see my mentees succeeding using the models and methods I share with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After failing a couple of times trying to start different businesses, I understood that I lacked the skills and methods to make them work. I then began a process of learning and discovery, looking for the best authors and trainers who could show me the way.
I spent about two decades setting up businesses in different countries, transforming theory into practice, developing new skills, validating my assumptions and testing what works and what does not.
A few years ago I spoke at a conference and when I opened for questions, someone asked if I offered mentorship for businesses. I understood that it would be a great opportunity to transfer my expertise to executives and entrepreneurs, and a new business was born.
