We had all windows replaced throughout, including porch which looks completely new, back door and composite front door. From beginning to end, everyone involved in Active Windows are professional, very reliable, courteous and pleasant with excellent work ethics. From our first consultation with Norman, on to Lee and Gary in the workshop who made our fabulous windows, Rachel and Christine in the office, all the way through to the excellent fitting by Tony, Lewis and Dan - all work was carried out and finished to the highest standard by all. A phone call to Norman at Active Windows began a process that has totally transformed a house we have recently purchased.
Despite a change in plans, Norman was patient and came out twice to look at the work involved and quote.
His team arrived on the date promised, nice and early and the work was done in a couple of days.
The standard of the work is excellent, and once funds are recovered, I will not hesitate in getting Active Windows to complete the rest of the work required.

Was recommended this company by an old neighbour and from contacting Norman and getting a quote, right through to completion of the the job we've had first class service. Quote was quick, we were given a start date, the fitters turned up promptly on that date and 4 days later we are amazed with the transformation.
