We offer access to a training facility that you don't have to share with the public, nor do you have to have a membership to train with a trainer. We offer our clients 1 on 1 or small group training in a private gym.
We design a custom program specific for each client based off of the individual's goals that we work on in person. We track progress with monthly check ups including: measurements, body fat and strength tracking.

Our facility is a private gym so there are far fewer people in it. When you come for a session there are only you and the trainer for one on one sessions or a small group of 2-5 for groups. We have proper cleaning and sanitation stations as well.
