Honestly, I think one of the most overlooked pieces is being able to love yourself. To accept where you are at right now, and approach your health and fitness journey from a place of love, not from a place of fear, shame, or control.

I LOVE connecting with people, being a part of their journey, and being their biggest cheerleader as they make progress towards their goals.

I wanted to be able to reach and support people on my own terms. I've spent over a decade of my life working in healthcare as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, I get tired of corporate regulations and wanted to be able to create my own hours and opportunities to help others.

One of my biggest strengths is my ability to connect and have compassion with others. I believe it is SO important to have mutual trust and respect as we work together on this journey. Your health comes first, and we will always focus on what's best for you mentally and physically. I will be your biggest cheerleader, but also, I'm not afraid of sharing a little tough love when needed.

ABSOLUTELY! I provide weekly video check ins. I provide form checks for your exercises, guidance for nutrition, and access to texting support.
