How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Each client will have an introductory session with an trainer. In this session, a client's fitness goals and needs are discussed. Any injuries or special concerns will also be brought to the trainer's attention at this time. From here, our trainers are able to create a training and nutrition program that is specific to the individual client.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Having the correct knowledge of how to work out most efficiently and what nutrition to include in your lifestyle. Achieving your fitness goals takes a lot of dedication and hard work. Our trainers find a way to make this process as enjoyable for each client as possible.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people achieve their goals. It is always so rewarding to see someone get the desired results they are looking for. So many clients gain self confidence, greater mental clarity, greater physical strength and are able to do things in their lives that they never dreamed of.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always been passionate about fitness. After spending years working in a "big box" gym, I wanted to provide an experience that was more personal and more enjoyable to my clients. I started my own business so I could bring a more welcoming atmosphere to my clients and provide them with a place to work out where they felt excited to come each day and where they could see the greatest success.
