How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I sit down with each potential client, discussing their fitness goals, background, and anything significant we need to go over. From there, I create a program specific to each client, a nutrition program fit for their goals, then proceed to training each week.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience, optimism, accountability and motivation. Be patient with yourself, the body of your dreams takes time but is coming! Stay optimistic. We all have bad days, weeks etc but the sooner you can snap out of it and re-motivate yourself, the better. If you mess up, hold yourself accountable and push yourself harder the next day!
What do you love most about your job?
I love being there every step of the way, helping guide each client to their ideal look. Some want to bulk up, others want to trim down, many just want better health. Whatever your story is, I’m here to help get you on the right path
What inspired you to start your own business?
I previously worked as a trainer at a local commercial gym. Their prices are insane, clients rarely saw results, and I didn’t think it was fair. I decided to branch off and train clients independently with no contracts, hidden fees, memberships or any other stress involved. I have a gym I can take you to, I offer remote training, and I’m able to travel!
