OUR STORY
Body Temple Aesthetics (BTA) was started when Heidi Campo (owner) realized the power of camaraderie coupled with the discipline of strength training. Heidi discovered something very special within her while pursuing the sport of powerlifting.

I have been a member of Heidi's powerlifting team for a little over a year now and I am shocked at all the progress I've made in such a short time! I came in with no experience or knowledge about lifting and would just stick to the cardio machines whenever I entered a gym. In just a year I have learned so much about lifting and nutrition, which is empowering knowledge I'll have forever. The strength I've gained has translated into every aspect of my life. For example, when I began skiing again this year I was shocked at my increased endurance and better form. On top of all this Heidi has made the gym an awesome family and all the coaches sincerely care about the gym members. I've been coming here for roughly 4 months. WOW. I've been working out for about 3-4 years prior and in the short time that I've been here, my body has really balanced itself out, body transformation! Heidi and staff know their stuff, all specializing in different things. If you have a question, you'll get your answer with an earful of proven science. They have fluent and always changing programs to follow that really open the doors to your body. Even some fundamentals mixed in to really keep you entertained and not feeling monotonous like your standard gym. I came here because I wanted to be able and strong and I feel exactly that today. I have been to a couple of their strongman workouts and a calisthenics class. Heide is very thoughtful and is always making sure you have everything you need. The coaches, Nicole and Chris, I worked with the most and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure my technique was correct and gave me personal tips. This place is so much fun. Heidi is super friendly and has a great personality. They have a wide array of equipment from typical weightlifting, calestenics and strongman. We just did their open gym strongman lift (Saturday at 10:30am) and we did farmers carry, yolk walk, stone lifting, overhead work and a few others. It's a blast! They also have a few trainers here to help you throughout the workout. Today we were trained by Coach Nicole and she is absolutely fantastic. Give them a try! More...

Heidi and Hill are the BEST! I started training with them coming off a back injury, and they were so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. They kept my injury in mind with every exercise, and worked with me to correct movement patterns. As a mother of 5, I was hesitant to find a training coach. She was very accommodating, motivating and understanding. Time was my biggest factor and she was very understanding on days I missed the workout or only completed part of it. Even with all that, she was very encouraging, helping me to remember my goals and what it will take to reach them. She never made me feel bad and never made me feel like I couldn't reach my goals. In the months I worked with her, I was able to reach my goals in a healthy and ideal way. Heidi is a fantastic coach and has insane amounts of knowledge. She will guide you and educate you on what you need to know and more! She is extremely observant with form and technique which helps keeps you safe and feeling confident with your exercises.

Heidi is your lady! She's a gem! I seriously wouldn't recommend anyone else. Since I met her and started powerlifting in May of this year (2017) I've been hooked. Anytime life happens and I have to miss a session, a little of me dies inside hehe jk. Over dramatic, I know. But really, I look forward to spending every mintue with a great coach and moving weights!

I had taken a break from MTB, road riding, and snowboarding for the past three years. I gained weight and lost my endurance. Services

Come train in a team environment and master the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Join the team and go on to compete in the sport of powerlifting, or come in for recreational strength training.

Get stronger physically and mentally
Find close friendships through the camaraderie of training with a team
Improve your health for life
Find consistency and stability in life though a solid lifting routine
Improve your heath and body composition without dieting or focusing on the scale
Your team membership grants you access to 3 sessions per week with your team and your coach, as well as a monthly nutrition consultation and customized meal plan from your coach. Also included is programmed workouts for the rest of the week and online access to your client portal. Team is open to beginners or experienced lifters.

Morning crew meets at 9am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with Coach Hill
Two night crews meet 5:30pm and 7pm Monday with coach Hill, & Tuesday and Thursday with Coach Heidi

Personal training sessions take place at our private studio in Millcreek, UT, and are approximately 55 minutes long. While you are here, you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of being in a personal training studio. Each session is planned for you and completely customized to your individual goals. We will keep you on track using the most up to date methods in exercise science. All the while making your session an experience to look forward to every time you come!

Not only will you get hands on focused attention while you train with us at the studio, but your session also includes exercises and homework to do the rest of the week. This is all delivered daily or weekly (depending on your preference) to you email inbox. We do this to help keep you on track, and to insure that you get the best experience possible.

While training with us you can enjoy the added benefit of nutrition coaching for no extra cost! A certified fitness nutrition specialist will personally create for you either a Registered Dietitian approved meal plan and menu to follow along with, or give you the flexible guidance of macro nutrient coaching. We will work in collaboration with you to find out what is best for you in both the short term and long term.

Lastly, you will be coached on your goals to create habits and ultimatly lifestyle change. We developed a proprietary method that has been proven to help increase adherence to a program. With all these tools in place, this is your one stop shop to create permanent change that will improve your quality of life!
