best gym i have been to ever. clean, friendly, 24 hours, great weight section and variety of machines. better equipment, options, and better quality than big franchise gyms like LA fitness. Also the owner is super friendly and puts a lot of effort into the gym. More...

The Gym is a great place to go for machine and free weight training, and has quality cardio machines. I like that I can go at any time of day. Super clean and feels safe.

I have been going to Cheryl's Zumba and Urban Kick Classes-- I cannot recommend them more! Cheryl makes Zumba (Mondays at 5:30pm) easy to follow, and a great cardio workout dance party! I have never done any organized dance before, but I was quickly able to catch on, and have so much fun. I get a great workout every class!

Urban Kick is amazing. Cheryl's 12:15 class is great for a lunch time break. Another totally fun class. You will sweat, kickbox non stop for 45 minutes, get a total body workout, and have renewed energy for the rest of your day. You can take this class to any level, as Cheryl gives easier to more challenging options. My husband started going with me, and he loves it too!

This facility is clean and well-run by a friendly owner who maintains the equipment very well and charges reasonable rates. Of course, you will encounter members here and there who don't follow the rules (like re-racking weights or not propping doors open) but this is something you'll see at every gym in existence. It's a nice small gym and not crowded since few people go there. Some of the people that do go seem to not follow the house rule of wiping down the equipment after use but I've noticed this with 3-5 people that don't go regularly. The owner is very informative on what is expected of you as a member. All in all its still a nice gym and I recommend it to anyone looking to get back into shape and not have to deal with crowding.
