Jason elaborately devised a multiple stage workout program which infect was highly compatible with my physique and genetic potential. In 2002 I was the runner-up to the "Ultimate Body challenge" Body transformation contest and from that point on I knew I had a passion to help others do the same.

I provide a unique coaching approach in helping clients achieve their goals, unlike the traditional “Trainer” approach that focuses primarily on the fitness aspect of things in a 1-hour session. My primary focus is Proper nutrition and helping clients overcome the challenges and obstacles they may face during the other 23 hours of the day.

Yes, I can perform coaching sessions via Skype or Zoom. I provide Nutrition coaching and training tracking, updates, and follow-ups using Online Coaching / Training platforms as well as email and texting.
