I’ve trained with Will for over two years three times a week. As an older client, I’m interested in better mobility, balance and strength, and Will has helped me make huge progress in all areas. Also, I’m based in Asia most of the year and so a lot of the training is remote, although in person when I am in town. He has also adapted the workout to accommodate necessary recovery for broken bones (twice) so I have not lost much ground when injured. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It starts with an assessment of their abilities! Doing exercises, stretches, and mobility work that relate to what brought them to me. I also create a program that best fits them and ensures consistency and health.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Doing the right exercise and having the right focus in the gym and nutritionally.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting interesting people and building a strong relationship with them while also seeing them progress in all aspects of life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was once very frustrated with my body and strength. Not seeing progress in areas I wanted to and not understanding why. I needed to figure things out to first help myslf but along the way I became fascinated with movement, nutrition, and its affects on the human mind and spirit.
