I combine different styles of training to eliminate plateau’s, creating a challenging, and fun environment for your workouts. Everything I do is geared toward your goals and wants as a client. I am big on nutrition and teaching you how to eat because I want you to know what is right from wrong so that you can have the knowledge to sustain a healthy lifestyle forever without the need of a trainer.
Grind Fitness is a private training facility that I own. So you get the attention that you need during your session without all the expensive gym fees that can get in the way. My style of training gets results guaranteed! I offer training geared towards: losing weight, gaining weight, getting toned, building muscle, gaining flexibility and boosting endurance. I played sports growing up and love working with young athletes helping them advance in their sport with increased strength and endurance through functional training. Being a veteran, I know first hand what is needed to endure the mental and physical challenges of the military. I led physical training for my unit and have trained several clients who have met or exceeded the physical military standards to enter the military.
I offer a variety of session times to meet a variety of budgets. 30, 45, and 60 min sessions. I have a flexible schedule offering morning, afternoon, and evening sessions 7 days a week. I work with all types of clients. Young to old, injury free to many medical conditions, and have even rehabbed many clients back to normal activity after an injury. I work with both male and female clients.
I care about the longevity of my clients. Not just getting you to your goal number. I want you to be able to get there and be able to maintain it so that you don’t go right back to where you started. Don't be afraid to ask questions! As a personal trainer, I am here to get you to YOUR goals, not mine. Don't be afraid to share with me what's on your mind and what concerns you have. There is no such thing as a stupid question. I love what I do!
