Our clients have 24-hour access to their assigned customized plans on their smartphone or web portal, where they can access their personalized workouts created by their trainer, document daily food intake, and monitor daily or weekly progress. VAF believes achieving fitness results are comprised of two components: 80% is maintaining a healthy diet and 20% is properly exercising. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Versatile Action Fitness strongly believes every individual has the right to feel good about themselves and live a healthy lifestyle regardless of gender, age, or fitness levels. We use fundamental principles of personal training to maximize your results. Our workouts will tone your body, reduce body fat, and increase muscular size and strength at any age
For the initial consultation, we complete the following things:
•Circumference Measurements
•Body Fat Testing
•Weigh-In
•Goal Setting
•Nutritional Counseling
•30-minute Workout

After the initial consultation, clients will then receive individualized, one-on-one training sessions based on the training package they purchase and/or customized plans using the VAF app on days they do not meet face-to-face with their trainer.
