Extremely high intensity workouts, long workouts, brutal diets, and losing 10 pounds in one week are short-term fixes. This will result in you hating fitness or more likely to quit. Understanding that fitness requires time & consistency will lead to success.

Helping people improve their lives. I get excited when I begin to train a new client. I can see the potential of what the client can achieve and it excites me. l I have full confidence in my expertise as a trainer. My clients will accomplish their goals. Fitness has improved my health, confidence, and other facets of life. It is a joy to be apart of the process of someone improving their life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am supportive of stopping the spread of COVID-19. I received my COVID-19 vaccination in February of 2021. I have and will continue to wear a mask for my in-person training sessions to protect my clientele.
