My boyfriend and I had a great class with Nathan today! He's very nice, open, and has a beautiful studio. The classes are about an hour and a half long and full of great poses for all stages �

Amazing class in a gorgeous space in Highland Park. Nathan has a great way of helping you feel comfortable as a newbie, working with you to find your balance and comfort level in your poses. The class is 90 minutes instead of the typical hour which give adequate time for warming up, getting comfortable in the pose, and finding flow. I like the payment options of per class or monthly with no contracts, this give me flexibility in my schedule. More...

Had a wonderful experience. The first class was free and with it being my first one ever it was intimidating but, once I arrived all my worries dissipated! Nathan, the owner and instructor, was friendly and very welcoming. The facility is beautiful and very clean. He provided a mat and all other equipment needed, which was another worry of mine. Overall, I would recommend American Arts Life YOGA to anyone in the Chattanooga area. More...

All protocol is carefully followed. I have been tested negative multiple times. I wear a mask, practice physical distancing, and wash my hands. I shower after sessions and sanitize mays and towels.
