I also knew that everyone needs to exercise to maintain optimal health, but that not everyone believes they can achieve better fitness - whether it’s because of a pre-exisiting injury or health condition, or perhaps self doubt and a need for motivation and accounability, or a lack of time because of their jobs. For those reasons I believed there was a better alternative to working out at crowded and expensive gyms - exercising at home and at outdoor spaces.

Health and safety are always my paramount concerns, and I already maintained high cleanliness standards. But with the COVID-19 pandemic, I wear a face covering when working indoors, I more frequently clean and sanitize equipment, I maintain appropriate distance when possible, and I am vaccinated and boosted. I also utilize a UV wand and touchless thermometer as needed. I also request clients to advise as best they can in advance if they are not feeling well and experiencing symptoms. (I also advise the same if I do not feel well.)
