We help instill in our clients the confidence and know-how to surpass any mental and physical blocks so that they can accomplish fitness goals they never thought were possible. In working with us each client receives a personalized nutrition and exercise program designed specifically for their fitness goals and their bodies needs. Throughout their fitness journey we help hold each of our clients accountable through regular check-ins, progress pictures, macro-tracking and exercise progression in their program.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is consistency in your program. You want to be practicing progressive overload in your workouts so that you're continuing to build muscle and get stronger. It's also important to practice flexible dieting through macro-tracking so that you can heal your metabolism. Through proper diet and exercise you can improve your overall body composition and achieve a fast metabolism.

We love helping clients see results and become confident in their bodies. It's like a switch goes off and they start seeing themselves in a different light. Nothing is more attractive that someone who is self-confident and unstoppable.

We were inspired to start our own business because we wanted to provide a training style that improves not just how our clients look, but also their quality of life. Functional and mobility training is a big component of our program that we feel is often times lacking in many programs. We also saw a real need to incorporate a flexible nutritional approach into our program because without addressing diet, exercise can only take your fitness journey so far. We see such a value in this approach that we actually include nutritional support in our program at no additional cost.

It's also important to note that my husband and I are both passionate about fitness and helping people look and feel their best so starting a personal training business felt like a natural fit for us! We get to do what we love every single day.

Your clients should choose us because we care most of all about our client's success within our program. We also practice as we preach. All of the advice we provide to our clients we are also implementing in our own lives. We always have our clients best interests at heart in designing a personalized program and provide the tools necessary to overcome any type of physical or mental barrier that is holding a client back from success.

Yes we do offer remote services through virtual 1-on-1 and small group training. This is conducted in real time virtually through either Face-time or Zoom. These programs have proven to be just as effective as in-person training. Approximately 95% of our clientele trains virtually with us.

We take extra precautions to ensure everyone's safety during in-person training sessions. We require that both our clients and our trainers are masked during in-person sessions. We maintain a safe distance of 6 feet apart and ensure there is proper air circulation from outside. We also avoid body contact and ensure we are in compliance with any home apartment building Covid-19 related protocol.

Services

Our virtual 1-on-1 training program is personalized to fit your specific goals and needs. It has quickly become our most popular training program as it allows you the convenience of being able to train from anywhere and it's just as effective as in-person training, but more affordable. In this program we focus on strength and mobility training to improve your body composition and quality of life.

Each session is 1 hour long and is conducted through zoom or Face-time. You don't need anything except for a screen so a tablet, phone or computer will work!

Each of our programs includes ongoing nutritional support with flexible dieting. We use a system called macro-tracking to heal your metabolism and help you improve your body composition.

Within all of our programs we specialize in pre and postnatal training. We help pregnant women prep their bodies for the hardest job of their life- child birth. We also help in the postpartum period as you strive to get your body back to its strongest state. We find that the more your body is physically prepared for pregnancy the easier it is to bounce back post-pregnancy. Consistent exercise and proper nutrition during pregnancy can even help in the actual birthing process and help you avoid things like gestational diabetes.

Strength training is an important component of all of our programs. Through strength training we help you improve your body composition, overall physical strength and slow the natural onset of bone density loss that happens in aging.

If your goal is weight loss we can help you achieve this goal through exercise and proper nutrition. We help our clients not just lose weight, but improve their overall body composition by replacing fat loss with lean muscle mass through strength training. We also help clients not just lose the weight, but keep it off by establishing better eating habits and improving their metabolism.

Our 1-on-1 in-person training program is designed specifically for your fitness goals and needs. We offer you the convenience of having one of our trainers travel to you to train you from your home gym. You no longer need to have a gym membership to train. In this program we focus on strength and mobility training to improve your body composition and quality of life.

Each session is 1 hour long and this program includes ongoing nutritional support using flexible dieting.

Mobility training is a integral part of all of our training programs to ensure good form, range of motion, stability and ankle, knee and hip mobility. Before we add any load to an exercise we make sure to first master this important phase of training with all clients. Good mobility helps prevent injury and allows you to add resistance to an exercise without any compensation or discomfort.
