Anthony is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with! He designs great programs, corrects form, challenges you while still creating a positive environment, and most importantly, really listens to what your goals are.
I was most impressed with his ability to adjust exercises on the spot to account for injury - “bad knees” “bruised elbows” “tweaked back” - Anthony rapidly pivots to a different exercise that won’t aggravate but still gets results.
Would highly recommend for 1:1 training, or couples training!

Anthony meets my definition of an excellent trainer in that he allows me to achieve much more than I could on my own while modulating the training to ensure that I don't go overboard and injure myself or push too hard.
He has a relaxed style, but always pays attention during a session. I've never felt rushed through a session. But I have never walked away from without feeling i had a very productive workout.
Anthony is very responsive outside of sessions, responding rapidly to texts and suggesting workouts to do on one's own that complement and maximize the training.
I especially appreciate the fact that he understands my workout process to know when to push for a breakthrough workout and when to dial back intensity. That ability comes from Anthony's skills at listening and at learning about the lives of his clients.
These "soft" skills are, in my opinion, what separate an excellent trainer from a merely technically proficient one.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We provide individualized programs designed by looking at the clients goals. Injuries, fitness goals and flexibility/mobility.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams the simple answer is to try and stay consistent in working out. Regardless if that means walking more or going to the gym for 30 minutes to an hour and being more active but moving more is the key to the dream body!
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about this field/career is helping people become a better version of themselves and helping them love themselves rather than looking at someone else and saying they want their body type.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always loved the idea of being my own boss and also showing people that it can be done with the right drive and attitude towards starting your own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us because we care about each individual client and if a client feels like they aren't being heard they can reach out directly to me and we can fix whatever issue they are having without a hassle. Each program is tailored to a specific individual so no one will have the same workout plan.

Yes we can provide our services both remotely and in person. We allow both so our clients have the flexibility to choose weather they want to stay home or meet in person and work as hard as they possibly can!
Four 60 Minute sessions
Four one hour sessions for those who want to get into a consistent weekly routine.
Eight 60 minute Sessions
Twice a week for those who are looking to get into a consistent routine and being held accountable to showing up and executing the program.
12 60 Minute sessions
3 times a week for a individual who wants to workout and get to their goals at a more steady rate. This program will help keep individuals on track and engaged at all times.
